What is the Flight Broker service?


With this service, we will explore all possible processes within the airline to obtain a refund, airline voucher/credit for you, depending on your needs. This service applies, for instance, to an extremely common issue where the airline denies to reimburse a flight ticket when they are obliged to. In case there is no possibility to obtain a refund, we can apply for a voucher or airline credit for you to use later. As a last resource, we have accounts in multiple flights resell platforms, where we will try to find a buyer for the ticket you will no longer use, and "show you the money". The service cost is €50 per case, at our checkout.




What is the Reflights Compensation Claim service?


Named after our previous company (reflights.com), the Reflights Compensation Claim service is our product specialized in fully managing a claim compensation of ec261/2004 rights, which is European regulation. With this service, we will manage your claim on an end-to-end process. We will file the claim with the airline and in case we receive a denial (previously validating the right to compensation), we will escalate the case with the National Authority until you receive your compensation. This service applies to delays, cancellations, or overbooking due to circumstances under the control of the airline. There are certain requirements that the flight needs to qualify for a compensation of up to €600. Overall it applies to flights within the European Union or for European airlines flights. The service cost is a 25% fee over the obtained compensation from the airline.
